Rollers may develop a few small spots of flash rust on its surface on its journey to you. We include desiccant packets in the packaging to help with any moisture stuck inside the box for this issue. This is only a few thousandths of an inch thick and should go away if you mill a pound or two of grain through the mill prior to milling for your first brew day! 

If you still have some rust after milling, we recommend soaking a microfiber shop rag in barkeepers friend. Wrap it around a paint stir stick, turn on the mill and hold against the rollers to polish them.
