How does the Steam Condenser lid work with DMS?
Modified on: Wed, 8 Dec, 2021 at 8:40 AM
- We have done third party laboratory testing at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee to validate the Steam Condenser Lid design.
- DMS (dimethyl sulfide) is a common off flavor in beer, that is often drive off by the boiling process.
- We took multiple samples throughout the boil and after only 30-45 min DMS levels are below detectable levels (under 25ppb)
