You will need to oxygenate large volumes of wort in a sterile, precise and timely fashion to achieve a good fermentation.
Simply fill your conical with chilled wort post boil.
Make sure your blow off tube is already attached, emptying into a bucket of sanitizer.
Attach our carb stone to the racking port and use the gas post to attach a line of O2.
Open the butterfly valve and open (turn on) the oxygen tank.
Let oxygen diffuse into your beer for 40 seconds to a minute.
Close the butterfly valve
Remove the gas line
Remove the stone for cleaning
Feel free to pitch your yeast after this has been achieved
